In that time he has had experience of the full business cycle including start-up, running, closing and selling businesses. Having sold his previous business in 2018, he is now concentrating his efforts in the property sector. Sam's main strategies are Buy-to-Lets, using the buy, refurbish and refinance model (BRR), Serviced Accommodation (SA) and currently looking to transition in to Developments. In 2019 Sam & his wide Jo, founded ‘Coventry Accommodation’ which is a property management and lettings agency that manages both short-term and long-term rental properties.
