When you’re starting out, it can be tempting to just rush out there and source as many deals as possible. But hold your horses!   There is a process you should be following, especially when it comes to dealing with estate agents, and in this episode David explains what it is, and why it matters.     KEY TAKEAWAYS  Find your investor clients first!
