He later specialized in plastic surgery at the prestigious State University of Rio de Janeiro.   Today, Dr. Roxo continues to shape the future of plastic surgery as a practicing surgeon at the Federal Hospital of Andaraí, where he also mentors the next generation of surgeons in the plastic surgery residency program.
