In this exercise, you’ll be anchoring a new belief into your subconscious mind by relaxing the conscious mind and creating a closed-loop energy system with your body posture. This closed-circuit posture will ensure all your energy is circulating within you and the relaxation of the conscious mind will shift your brain wave patterns from the beta to the alpha and perhaps even theta state. As you continue to repeat your new belief as an affirmation, dropping deeper and deeper into a relaxed state, the door to your subconscious mind will open. As this happens you’ll feel a felt-shift in your body. It may feel like a spontaneous softening or a sense of deep peace. Or perhaps a sudden sense of openness and increased spaciousness in your body and mind. The shift may come in 20 seconds or 20 minutes. Be sure that you’ll know it when you feel it. The shift is a sign the belief has been integrated.
