Today I’m sharing a grounding exercise I love to do daily by connecting to the Earth's core. ✨ This practice is especially good if you have strong Vata air energy or spend a lot of time in your mind and out of your body. 🌬 You can do it sitting, laying down, or standing, with your eyes open or closed - whatever feels most ease-full and simple to you.
