I will repeat with you the whole time, but my voice will become progressively quieter as the meditation continues, closing with a chime once the ten minutes are up. This is a great mantra to bring into your day. You can repeat it to yourself as you gain consciousness in the morning or set a timer and repeat it over and over like we are here. The more you repeat these words, the more true and natural they will feel at the deep and surface levels of your being. Life will begin to feel lighter and more loving, and you will see firsthand your power to shape and uplift your relationship with all life positively.
