Slow Living: Let Go of the Need to Rush
Purely Being Guided Meditations - A podcast by Lucy Love - Sundays

Today’s meditation is all about slowing down and letting go of the need to rush through life. Rush is a fear-based idea coming from a belief in the lack of time, and therefore, inherently destructive. As Ferris Bueller says: “Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.” The quality of your life is determined in the present. You can spend it in a hurry or take your time and smell the roses, enjoying each moment for the gift that it is. "A happy life is just a string of happy moments. But most people don't allow the happy moment, because they're so busy trying to get a happy life." - Abraham Hicks So let’s take a moment to slow down and create a cadence of calm from which you can really feel and see the beauty of your now and all the rich treasures it holds. 🌌 Click here to Join Into the Silence: A four-week guided journey into deep (inner) space!
