Victoria Morales is a first generation Puerto Rican/Honduran Latina living as a transplant on the West Coast and pursuing her ancestors’ dreams of thriving in “corporate” America. She’s been described as a fierce champion, connector, and advocate for people in underserved communities. Currently, she serves as a Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Project Manager at Facebook. Victoria has spent the bulk of her career focused on scaling teams and programs aimed at hiring and developing diverse talent – everywhere from promising startups with just 10 employees to companies operating at scale at 50K+. Most often, she can be found at the nearest local coffee shop, spending time exploring nature with her partner and dogs, or deep conditioning her crown of curls.
