Quitting Smoking, something many of us never learned from our fathers, because they never quit before it killed them! And some of us had them in name only. Sorry i don't mean to be a downer but the truth is some of us, had a father that was never part of our lives. In my case it wasn't his fault, well mostly, he has to bare some of the problems that we had, but he did the best he could with what he had, me. I was a handful, and when he was diagnosed with lung cancer, I realized over the next year, just how big of an ass I had been throughout my life.
