Dinosaur poop fills in an evolutionary gap - Science and brainteaser with Dr Jonathan Webb

Radio National Breakfast — Separate stories podcast - A podcast by ABC listen - Wednesdays

In the journal Nature this week, scientists have compiled an explanation of exactly how dinosaurs came to be the dominant animals on our planet, 200 million years ago. And the scientists did this — believe it or not — by analysing more than 100kg of fossilised faeces. Guest: Dr Jonathan Webb, ABC Science Editor Brainteaser (answer in the audio):   Ann says, "It wasn't me!" Bill says, "It was Clare!" Clare says, "Bill's lying!" Only one is telling the truth.  Who did it? For more of the latest science news, look for the science section on the ABC News website and sign up to a weekly email newsletter.
