Hamlet Camp - three actors duel it out

To be or not to be, that is the question. Any actor who has had to bear the weight of this line—and arguably William Shakespeare's most famous soliloquy—would know the pressure it creates. Brendan Cowell knows this pressure well. He played the role of Hamlet almost two decades ago and is now revisiting the play alongside fellow actors Ewen Leslie and Toby Schmitz, who have also previously taken on the role, in a reimagined night of poetry, pith, and play in their brand-new show Hamlet Camp.  Hamlet Camp showing at Carriageworks from 14-25 Jan 2025.
