The Chief of the Defence Force responds to Veterans Suicides Royal Commision

The government has accepted 104 of 122 recommendations from the Royal Commission into Defence and Veteran Suicides. It's now up to the federal government, the states and the Defence Force to fix the culture and fix the underlying issues that have caused so many suicides over past decades.
