UK right-wingers clash over political party membership figures

Britain's hard right Reform UK party says it now has more members than the opposition Conservatives, with leader Nigel Farage labelling the development "an historic moment". The opposition disputes the numbers and pundits say comparing political party membership can be difficult, but Mr Farage is seizing the moment to spruik his party's ascendancy in UK politics.
