UN human rights watchdog condemns Australia's offshore processing policy

In a landmark ruling, the UN's Human Rights Committee has ruled that Australia remained responsible for people seeking asylum, including those who came by boat - who the government then sent to so-called regional processing centres in PNG and Nauru.
