Water bird numbers on decline aerial survey confirms

This years water bird survey covered 2000 wetlands and 50 species of birds across the eastern states of Australia.  The results show bird numbers are continuing to trend down, but saw no signs of bird flu amongst the highly vulnerable water bird populations.  Guest: Professor Richard Kingsford, Director of Ecosystem Science at UNSW  Producer: Madeleine Spencer
