This is a great advantage for her ESL clients as they receive a better understanding and explanation of the complexities of the real estate market and transaction process.   Her greatest challenge in the marketplace? “Finding properties! It’s not only me, it’s life, it’s business, everything is different.” But, Martha continues, “I keep in touch with (clients) by different ways — Facebook, social media,” to always maintain communication with past and prospective clients and to assist them in finding their dream homes.   Martha herself hosts a radio show where she interviews individuals from all over about business and real estate.
