Learning from Rugby and The Saracens way-Will Fraser tells all

In today's podcast we have someone I thought would never come on a Health and Safety podcast…. Who is that? A rugby player with a long and successful career with Saracen’s  He now runs a business called the Saracens way. This caught my eye on LinkedIn because it something I talk about a lot, there is something about the culture at Sarries that attracts the top players, a culture that creates talent. But every time I have watched a player being interviewed about being at Sarries they always talk about how amazing the culture is. And anyone that is a rugby fan knows about the crazy holidays they go on. But also anyone that follows the game will also probably be muttering under their breath from there sofa, “yeah its because they are paying them all loads” but culture is more than pay, money doesn’t keep anyone.   But anyway, It pains me to introduce to the podcast a Sarries player as a Saints fan but let's talk to Will Fraser about culture and leadership.
