Ever heard of ASMR – the tingling sensation you get when you listen to someone whose voice is simply hypnotic? Thats exactly what you will experience listening to today’s guest, Leo Cosendai. Not only is he a sound healing facilitator, but the sound of his own voice alone might just alter your state of consciousness; it was a struggle for me to stay coherent during the interview! (You’re welcome :) )  Aside from facilitating sound baths internationally, Leo is also an author, teacher and the founder of the number 1 sound meditation app, Third Ear, which is genuinely one of the most beautiful meditation apps. His work in making gong baths accessible worldwide has gained him recognition as a leading figure in the wellness movement.  We spoke today about what actually happens in a sound bath and why sound healing is making meditation so much more accessible.
