Make it okay for every mom to ask for help with Gabriella Israel

This week I connected to Gaby and she shared her story on what it means to Redefine Motherhood.  We talk about the “shadow side of motherhood”.  Gaby was a new mother to a micro-preemie, and going through an emergency c-section, a long NICU journey and a bumpy post-NICU journey.Gaby went from being a 30-something pregnant woman with a 6 figure job, to losing her pregnancy, losing her job with health insurance, all with a child in critical condition.   *Content warning* Gaby shares her experience with post-partum depression and suicidal thoughts. As she suffered with late on-set PPD, PPA and PTSD and also became suicidal.  Gaby shares her story to help other mothers know they are not alone. “Through the past 5 years, I've been able to redefine motherhood for myself, as my journey to being a mom didn't follow a typical arc, and I've also been able to redefine what it means to be a working mom through starting a company with my husband, and the values we espouse as well as the way we are changing the narrative for companies with our family-first, people-centric culture and remote and flexible working environment.” Gaby and her husband Mike are in the final stages of launching a podcast called Mixing Business with Pleasure, in which they feature other couples in a committed relationship who also work and own a business together. https://youtu.be/IuEo3YEFxDo https://cpmhc.ca https://www.linkedin.com/in/gabriellaisrael/ https://www.instagram.com/mbwp_podcast/ https://www.facebook.com/MBWPPodcast/ Are you ready to finally stop struggling, stressing, and trying to figure out HOW you are going to make it all work?  Book a call to apply: https://nicole-weston-coaching.mykajabi.com/becoming
