When I quit drinking, I told myself it wasn't optional. Sharing your goals with others helps hold you accountable - everyone knew about my plan to take a break from alcohol. Evaluating habits is also important. Are any routines sabotaging your success? I realized I needed to change my workout schedule to see real results when losing weight. Don't be afraid to ask for support either - I hired a coach for extra accountability. Lastly, consistently take steps daily towards your goals, even on unmotivated days.
