040: How to Overcome Your Fear and Create!

The fear can be real! It can be something you feel so intensely in your bones that it takes your breath away.   Maybe it’s a fear of spiders, giving public speeches, or falling in front of a crowd.    Whatever it is, fear can sometimes take over parts of your life and hold you back from what you really want.    In fact, fear is probably the reason you may be hesitating about investing more time and effort into creating with your gifts.  After all, what guarantees do you have that doing so will “work?” What if it’s a waste of your time?  What if you fail?  What if your hopes are dashed and nothing changes?  Yep, the fear can be real!  But even though it can be overwhelming we still have to get to the other side of fear.    What you were born to create and bring forth in this life is too important for fear to hold you back!  That’s why in this episode I’m giving you the reframe you need to help you overcome your fear so you can create!
