Lights Out: Ghost on the Newsreel

 A film editor, who works at a newsreel company is tasked with editing a recently discovered reel of old film footage, while reviewing the footage, he notices a ghostly figure that appears in several frames and the figure seems to move and interact with the scene, despite not being part of the original film.
