If you are experiencing frustration in trying to reprogram your mind, there is nothing wrong with you. Your spirit isn’t broken. You are fighting your body’s conditioning. A better understanding of how your body is conditioned on a neurological, neurochemical level you can engage a greater sense of patience and persistence in reprogramming your mind. It is both the non-physical energetic reality we live in and the practices of connecting to the present moment in your life. 06:42 - You live on 4 planes of existence. You are a spiritual being, you have an intellect, you have an emotional mind, and you live in a physical world. 09:58 - The 4th level of our physical body and our environment really captures our mind more than anything else. We are programmed through our senses. 12:26 - Information is not transformation. Applied information makes changes. 12:53 - At a basic level, your body is a machine with hardware and software, and operates in a neurochemical environment. 15:40 - How the mind shows up in the body. Your body is hardwired in circuits of energy flow, much like your home connects to electricity or the internet. 18:53 - When you try to think differently, your physical biology resists that change because you have not developed a neural pathway to think that way. 22:38 - Frustration is an emotional reaction you are having to trying to build neural pathways because you are altering your neurochemical state. It is uncomfortable and unfamiliar to your biology. 28:42 - Dr. Joe Dispense writes, “Essentially we automatically think in familiar ways derived from past memories…if you keep thinking the same thoughts, you will continue to produce the same reality.” 31:20 - The emotional state you have lived in your entire life is one you eventually become addicted to. To change means your body must go through withdrawal of the old state of being. 32:41 - The Thinking-Feeling Loop, the more you think one way, you begin to feel that way. As you feel that way, it is easier to think the same way. This is a memorized state of being. 36:49 - Realize it is your body that needs to change, not your sold or spirit. You don’t even need to raise your energy or vibration. You need to train your body to stop lowering your vibration. 39:06 - If it is your body you are fighting against, where is your hope of change? You need to have a clear goal to focus attention on to begin to think, feel and act in different ways. 42:34 - Can you do this on your own? Of course.
