Before I had my first daughter, I would leisurely leave the house for the gym and workout as long as I wanted. Those days are long gone, yet the present have much more sweetness to them.  In today's episode, we are talking about how to get to the gym with a little one in tow, or in my case, with 2!    Here we go!
