002 | Birth Patterns & Rebirthing Breathwork Coming off the back of our last episode about the birth of Emma's Miracle Twins, we felt it was the perfect time to bring forth today's episode covering Birth Patterns and Rebirthing Breathwork. The way we are born and the way we give birth has a profound effect on us, as well as, our relationship with others and life itself. Our experience in utero and birth, is the source of our main impressions and conditioning that we hold. We are both trained in different branches of Rebirthing Breathwork and it is an honour to share with you all a little bit of the history around this style of Breathwork and our personal experiences exploring it through our own practice.
