Guest Interview with Anne Evans

In this episode we are joined by Anne Evans.  Anne enjoyed a long career in healthcare and has since flourished in retirement.  Anne shares her story including a discussion around the importance of keeping mentally and physically active, her volunteering role at the Food Bank and the social groups in order to keep socially active.  Lots of lessons to be learnt in this episode.
