It’s been a long time coming, after ten memorable years covering the ongoing fortunes of Leeds United on and off the pitch. One man we have been chasing for a sit-down interview is the fans favourite and former captain of the club, Jonny Howson. Finally, we had that pleasure, all albeit virtually but it definitely still counts and now we can say we have been able to add him to our list of former player we have interviewed over the years for Right In The Gary Kellys.  Now 32 years old, Jonny Howson is an experienced campaigner. Having racked up over 500 club appearances since his breakthrough at Leeds United way back in 2006. We cover it all, from breaking through the academy, captaincy, the highs, unwanted lows and eventual departure, Howson was a fan living the dream. From a play-off brace at Brunton Park to toppling Fergie’s all-conquering Manchester United side, Howson was at the heart of everything good around the club from 2006 to 2011.
