Taylor Upsahl, who performs under the moniker UPSAHL, is an incredibly talented and driven young artist, who is not only super-innovative in her creative expression, but also does so while maintaining a fresh and disarming self-awareness. A resident of LA now for several years, Taylor has successfully and wonderfully created a compelling pop-rock lane that has garnered her legions of fans, despite her young age of 24.  She enjoyed viral success on TikTok when only just out of high school, and she continued that momentum in connecting with her fans by emanating a strong vibe of girl power, unbreakable self-determination and a compelling WGAF attitude. Just coming off her first headlining tour last Fall in support of her latest EP, Sagittarius, and culminating with a show at LA's Roxy Theatre, Taylor shares with us the story of her musical upbringing, her love of punk shows, and why live performance is so important to her. Her journey to get to this point is really a tale of destiny -- and now she's headed out on the road soon once again to headline shows throughout the U.S. and Europe. She'll then be performing in support of Swedish star Tove Lo in September. Taylor is on a incredible roll and we applaud and love that.  Hop on the Roadcase bus for this episode and learn even more about the life and amazing young career of this delightful artist, Taylor Upsahl.    For UPSAHL  tour dates and more info:https://www.upsahl.com/For more information on Roadcase: https://linktr.ee/roadcasepod and https://www.roadcasepod.comContact: [email protected] theme music:  "Eugene (Instrumental)" by Waltzer
