This episode we are joined by Ian MacGregor - President of North West Capital Partners - a family office that invests in undiscovered & under valued assets. Prior to North West Capital, Ian MacGregor was the founder, president, chief executive officer and chairman of North West Refining, a 50-percent partner in the North West Redwater Partnership - a $25-billion bitumen refining complex in Alberta’s Industrial Heartland. Mr. MacGregor was also the founder of  Enhance Energy Inc.  Ambyint and Shackleton Exploration & is currently developing a real estate development Carriag Ridge located  halfway between the City of Calgary and Banff. Ian is the founder of the Canadian Museum of Making, a 20,000-square-foot internationally recognized museum with a world-class collection of African metalwork and machinery dating back to the Industrial Revolution, as well as an extensive collection of early oil field equipment.  Ian received his B.Sc. in mechanical engineering from the University of Calgary in 1971.Among other things, we sat down and discussed Refineries, Museums & Real Estate: A Few Lessons from 50 Years in Business.Like the interviews & podcasts ?
