001. Francesco Puppi | Golden Trail Series Final 2021 Champion

Francesco Puppi is a Vert.run coach and a pro runner for Nike.  After a hard season where things weren't going to plan, Francesco managed to win one of the most important races of the calendar, becoming the Champion of the Golden Trail Series Final.  On this first episode, Francesco share with us the details of how the race went, what was crossing his mind trough the race, how he prepare for this last race of the season, what he eat during the race and many other specifics about his adventure on the El Hierro island.
