Ending sexual misconduct

The definition by the Equality Act of 2010 says, “unwanted conduct of a sexual nature which has the purpose or effect of violating someone’s dignity, or creating an intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating or offensive environment for them.” Taylor and Sam both explore what sexual harassment is, what it is not, and how to end sexual harassment. Sam shares statistics that are both shocking and disappointing. Taylor shares a story of when he learned about the frequency of sexual harassment.
