What 'married forever' actually means...

In the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (otherwise known as the Mormon Church or LDS Church), members believe they can be married to their spouse for time (while both are living) and for ALL ETERNITY (even after death).  We believe that we can live forever with every member of our family. We believe that Jesus Christ broke the bands of death and as such, allowed every single person EVER to live for eternity, no matter the religious affiliation or decisions made while on the earth.
