Think of the most valuable assets a company creates. Of course, we think of the offer, the list, branding, etc. But as I've begun buying companies, if they don't have some kind of distribution channel that they've created, my interest in purchasing drops heavily. I'm looking at the distribution channels as much as I'm looking at the P&L and other financials. If the distribution channels are in place and big enough, I can use my 12-step offer and launch framework to flip the company around. If a company doesn't have established distribution channels, they better have freaking amazing financials for me to continue considering it.   Here’s what I mean...
