That's the mark of a person that's in the upper 5% of performers. 30% of all of the leads that come in to me to do things for possible clients, I give out to other people because I think that would be a better match than me. Help them in the best way that you can, even if it means not your product or service. What I'm getting out there is selling is the transfer of trust. People do business with people they trust, and they'll trust the people that go to help them, even if it means not them. That's the key."
