116: Bulk API 2.0 with Abhi Samantapudi

Today, we sit down and talk with Abhi Samantapudi, Associate Product Manager here at Salesforce, about Bulk API 2.0 – what it means for developers, what's in pilot, and what's on the roadmap.  Bulk API 2.0 is not just an iteration on an old friend, the original Bulk API.
