Angela also continues to drive the firm’s manager diversity initiative to attract and source diverse asset managers while monitoring protocol and the internal vetting process of women and diverse asset managers. The private equity and venture capital space continues to see a dearth of black and brown asset managers. For too long, companies and their leaders operate within their existing networks, leading to less exposure of diverse candidates.
