Hundreds of prisoners swapped between Russia and Ukraine

Families are welcoming home their loved ones in Ukraine and Russia as a prisoner swap deal sees over 300 captives freed. The prisoners of war have been released in a small act of mercy after yet another year of bloody fighting.
