Social media giants to get in line over online harms

The government plans to impose a Digital Duty of Care on social media platforms. Labor hopes a duty of care model will target the source of harmful online content in the wake of other announcements to enforce age restrictions on social media. Some experts say it's a good thing - but are concerned it won't be easy to enforce.
