Welcome back to the Scale Your Small Business Podcast with your host, Jillian Flodstrom! Things don't have to be complicated. Whatever makes it easier for you is how you want to go. Nothing is going to be perfect all the time–it’s important to give yourself grace and allow mistakes to happen along the way. Whatever you're doing, it doesn't have to be all or nothing.
