I’m letting you in on a practice that I have to help me break bad habits and pursue greatness, even in the little things. When you're trying to break an old habit and create a new habit, instead of just trying to stop doing the old habit cold turkey, you can instead put a new habit next to a trigger of something you already do. Big growth in life isn’t always sexy. It doesn’t happen from these big, pivotal, crazy moments where you make massive leaps. Growth comes from the little things that you either choose to do or eliminate that will get you to where you want to go. We are never standing still.
