South Korean Serial Killer Found After 30 YearsFrom September 15, 1986, until April 3, 1991, a total of 10 rapes and murders were reported in the small city of Hwaseong in South Korea. All the victims were women, who were found bound, gagged and then raped. They were then strangled to death using their own clothing. 3.
