Welcome to part 4 of our Summer School : all about maximising your potential by prioritising wellness. If you don't slap on some SPF (Self-Preservation Focus) then you are at risk of getting frazzled or worse, burnout. It doesn't just mean taking a holiday once a year or other grand self-care gestures, its about finding daily moments of peace to either process or prepare for the rigours of the day. We share simple tools around creating a quiet mind, sharpening our decision-making (so we don't dwell or get overwhelmed) and reminding us of the mind/body link in wellness.  Because when we visibly apply our own SPF we remind others to do the same and break any link between guilt and self-care. We learn our lesson when we experience sunburn, lets not push it until  burnout to learn the same about wellness. These 20-30 minute speed overviews share simple everyday actions that you can put into practice right now - or inspire your next team meeting.
