How Intuition and No Limits Can Take You Places You Never Imagined

I spoke with Lynn Mann on Aug 8, 2022. It was delightful to hear her journey into her career as a writer and how just doing the next thing and not being afraid to go wherever that lead her brought so much into her life. BioLynn Mann has been drawn to horses since she was a small child. While always very confident with themwhilst on the ground, she found riding them to be scary and exhilarating in equal measure, and oftenwondered why she was so addicted to horses when she found riding them such a challenging experience.Then, whilst fitting saddles at a rescue centre in 1999, she came across a blue-eyed, piebald mare, namedPie, with whom she instantly connected very deeply. She adopted the mare and spent the next eighteenyears loving her, learning from her and changing markedly as a result. She learnt so much from Pie that shecouldn’t contain it all – her first novel, The Horses Know, spilled out of her onto her laptop, and waspublished in 2016. She is now a fulltime author and as of August 2022, there are nine books in The HorsesKnow series.Support the show
