But why are we so content to stay and do work we hate for a company we don’t like? The truth is it’s not impossible to find a job you love at a company you enjoy being a part of. But, to get there you might to go down a bit of a non-traditional career path. I interview Mr. Kyle Wai Lin. Kyle has made a lot of career transitions. He was a tv producer. He started an agency. He started a magazine. But, then he went on to become a creative director at a tech startup called Tempo. Along the journey Kyle found what it takes to have a job that you love.
