Getting good feedback on your work as a web designer is one of THE most important things to growing in your craft. BUT, it’s also one of the toughest things. A lot of times feedback from your clients or team can be vague or not make any sense. Sometimes one person dominates the entire conversation and you’re not sure what to do with everything they said. Then you add your emotions and feelings into the mix and any critical word feels like someone just slapped your baby. The point is, learning how to receive and process good feedback as a web designer takes a lot of time and effort. It’s almost a skill in itself. And, that’s exactly what we are talking about this week with Mr. Sean Harris. Sean is a product designer and I cameacross an article of his on Medium where he talked about how to conduct design reviews that don’t suck. Okay, he didn’t put it quite that way BUT I found his insight super helpful and I wanted to share it with you on this week’s episode.
