Showing up as your true self is scary AF when it comes to dating. How do you ask for what you want? How do you set boundaries? How do you trust that what you want is what you will find? How do you stop settling for shitty relationships and snap out of your toxic patterns? We get into ALLLL of that in today's episode with our guest Anouare Abdou. Anouare is a relationship educator, the author of The Vulnerability Workbook, and the founder of the School of Relating. After years of unsatisfying relationships, she transformed her love life through multiple therapy forms and self-help tools, interviewing hundreds of relationship experts as a writer, and coaching 1:1 clients, as a result she uncovered a universal challenge that people experience in love: Their relationship with themselves, which keeps them stuck in difficult dynamics and perpetual heartbreak. Her process helps others connect back to their self-awareness, develop emotional intelligence, learn to trust themselves, and use their discernment to be vulnerable in constructive ways. As a result, they create intentional communication patterns and become equipped to experience the healthy, deeply fulfilling relationships they deserve – centered around meaningful, authentic connection and emotional availability.
