Following the past week of International Women's Day & Mothers Day (in the UK) I wanted to do a podcast about positive female role models and the importance of surround ourselves with the right women to support ourselves on our journey. It doesn't matter how 'independent woman' we may think we are - we need community to thrive! Especially if you Co-Parent with someone toxic then support and happiness is key! I talk about the American singer Ciara & her inspiring journey and why it is important to learn the mindset of other successful women who have overcome the same challenges as you.
