Devon Bernard is a full-stack engineer and product manager who was recently involved in the first ever real estate property sale via a non-fungible token. For 36 ETH, Devon purchased Tech Crunch founder Michael Arrington’s 500-square-foot apartment in Kiev, Ukraine, or more specifically, an NFT that represents ownership of that property.
