Karen is a veteran of the Live chat sector, previously spending 15 years at Which? The Consumer Rights Organisation, where her passion for digital customer service developed. Highlights have been Project Managing implementation of live chat as another channel for Which? members. Driving forward the training, managing, and developing customer service and live chat teams. Finishing a project at WENTA in Feb 2020 led to a natural progression for her to launch her own company offering a one stop live chat solution for businesses. Aimed at supporting SME’s by providing simple efficient solutions with customer experience.It has not always been an easy journey, setting up a business on her own, it has not been without its challenges, however in her words “it has been exciting, and I could not have done it without meeting some great people along the way, who have supported me with knowledge, introductions, and shown some trust and belief by hiring Live Chat Factory” The Factory's first ever client Lustalux, has grown their service offering, and attributes their growth to Karen and her teams-support.
