My podcast producer and I have put together everything you need to know to get your very own podcast off the ground! Check out Podcasting That Pays today: http://bit.ly/Podcasting-That-Pays!** No time for indecisiveness on today’s episode, it’s all about making difficult decisions which ultimately end up affecting clients and losing revenue streams. I can virtually hear you shouting at me in horror as I’m typing this ‘why on earth would you do such a thing?!’ Well it’s not an easy decision to make but at some point we have to really sit down and think whether something is still worthwhile to our clients and are they still getting the best from that product/ course? Ultimately we want the best for our clients and if that means changing direction and losing revenue then it’s the best decision you could possibly make for them and yourself. In This Episode: Making Decisions Transitioning Community Expectations Revenue Streams “Community is everything In in the way that I build and run my business. For me, relationships are everything.“ “You've got to be prepared for the backlash that you're going to upset some people and you know, some people are going to take it well.“ “I wanted people to be able to give me their feedback, I wanted people to be able to express it. Because you know what, if it doesn't come out in my community, It's going to come out somewhere else.“ “And I walked off the livestream happy with my decision, with the way that had been delivered, with the fact that my audience could actually see the good intention behind the decision.“ “You have to make the right decisions in your business for you, but also for your community and you can't be afraid of a backlash. When you are making those decisions, you have to make decisions for the right reason.“ Other Episodes Mentioned: Tara Stych - The Word Professor https://thewordprofessor.com/ Join the waitlist for the 5k Roadmap smartleaderssell.com/5k-roadmap-waitlist Smart Leaders Sell https://smartleaderssell.com/ Products and Courses https://smartleaderssell.com/products-and-courses/ Contact Me https://smartleaderssell.com/contact-me/ Selling to Corporates Event http://bit.ly/SelltoCorporates-TheEvent Join my new programme, EVOLVE https://smartleaderssell.com/evolve Join my Facebook Group https://www.facebook.com/groups/FabulousFemaleEntrepreneurs/ More Jess! http://bit.ly/SLSGroup https://jessicalorimer.com/supersize-your-sales https://jessicalorimer.com/list-building-legend https://www.instagram.com/jess_lorimer/ Content Disclaimer The information contained above is provided for information purposes only.
